About Our School
Reading Nook Academy is a specialized, private school. With a focus on students with dyslexia and other learning disabilities, Reading Nook Academy enrolls over 100 students being taught specialized curriculums based on their needs. Our school day includes one on one tutoring, occupational therapy, and speech language therapy.

​Our goal will always remain true to how we started- a focus on small classroom settings to ensure each child gets the instruction needed for a successful education.

The Reading Nook was established in 2013 with 14 students. Year after year enrollment continues to grow. We have moved into our 3rd location and are currently starting an addition to this building to include every student that will benefit from attending Reading Nook Academy.
Reading Nook Academy's mission is to provide each child with a formal education that will benefit and help them excel for a lifetime. We strive to provide our students with a personal, Christian-based curriculum that allows them to progress at a self-setting pace, build self-confidence and self-esteem, and meet intellectual challenges.
